1-Day Itinerary: Arrival at Dehradun – fly to Kedarnath – fly to Badrinath – Dehradun (by Helicopter)
Same Day Dehradun – Kedarnath – Badrinath - Dehradun (by Helicopter)-
07:00 AM: Depart from Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun to Guptkashi helipad and take another helicopter to fly Kedarnath.
Arrival at Kedarnath Temple and VIP Darshan.
Depart from Kedarnath at 11:oo AM for the Guptkashi helipad. Board another chopper for Badrinath from Guptkashi.
12:30 PM: Arrival at Badrinath Temple and VIP Darshan.
The one day pilgrimage called Do Dham Yatra by helicopter starts early morning at 7 AM with take-off from Sahastradhara heliport in Dehradun to Guptkashi helipad. Government regulations require the pilgrims to change the helicopter at Guptkashi and take another helicopter to fly you till Kedarnath.
After you arrive at the Kedarnath helipad, you will have to walk a short distance of almost 700 metre. However, you will be provided with the VIP Darshan slips. Take the blessings of Lord Shiva by entering the shrine. The divine bliss which you experience here cannot be captured or described in words.
After completing the Kedarnath Darshan by 11 AM, get transferred to the helipad and make your way to Badrinath. Arrival to Badrinath takes almost an hour. If you reach Badrinath by 12:30 PM you will be assisted to go directly to the Badrinath temple. Badrinath Temple is dedicated to Lord Badri, who is regarded as another form of Lord Vishnu. The temple, which is one of the 108 Divya Desams dedicated to Lord Vishnu, is considered to be one of the holiest pilgrimage sites in India.
After completing the Badrinath darshan, we will transfer you to the hotel for Lunch. After having your lunch, drive back to the helipad for your return journey to the Dehradun Sahastradhara helipad.
