Booking Policy

All booking requests for the packages must be sent to us via email with the following details:

Reference Number:

Upon receiving a booking request, we will send you a file number. Please note it for future correspondence.

Re-Confirmation:

All bookings must be re-confirmed at least 15-10 days before the arrival date along with confirmed arrival details. Failure to do so will be treated as cancellation.

Service Voucher:

The client must carry an "Exchange Service Voucher" issued by "Fare Holidays" while traveling.

Amendments to a booked tour will be treated as cancellations. However, minor amendments can be accommodated.
